Express Entry Program

The Express Entry program is an application process for skilled immigrants who want to settle in Canada permanently. There are 3 immigration programs managed through Express Entry:
- Canadian Experience Class: for skilled workers with eligible Canadian work experience
- Federal Skilled Worker Program: for skilled workers with eligible foreign work experience
- Federal Skilled Trades Program: for skilled workers who are qualified in a skilled trade
- Provincial Nominee Program (PNP): Each province and territory has its own “streams” (immigration programs that target certain groups) and requirements. For example, in a program stream, provinces and territories may target
- Students
- Business People
- Skilled Workers
- Semi-skilled Workers

If you’re eligible for one of the above programs, you can also apply through Express Entry process for the Provincial Nominee Program. If you’re nominated, you could either be awarded additional points that will help you get invited to apply or apply for permanent residence online through the Non- Express Entry process.

Provincial Nominee Program

All Canadian provinces, with the exception of Nunavut and Quebec, provide provincial immigration pathways that can help foreign nationals secure permanent residency status in Canada. We can assist you in finding the right province that may accept you as a permanent resident.

Family Sponsorship

This encompasses various programs designed to enable eligible sponsors bring family members including their spouse, partner, children, parents, grandparents, and other relatives to become permanent residents so they can live, study and work in Canada

Caregiver

This program aims to assist seasoned home childcare providers and home support workers in relocating to Canada for work opportunities and the possibility of obtaining permanent residency.

Atlantic Immigration Program

Immigrate by graduating from a school or working in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, or Newfoundland and Labrador. The Atlantic Immigration Program is a pathway to permanent residence for skilled foreign workers and international graduates from a Canadian institution who want to work and live in 1 of Canada’s 4 Atlantic provinces—New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador.

Humanitarian & Compassionate Considerations

For when you don't qualify for other permanent residence categories but face significant hardship due to unique and unfair circumstances Some factors that will be considered, but are not limited to, include:
- Establishment in Canada
- Ties to Canada
- The best interests of any children affected by the application
- Factors in your country of origin, such as medical inadequacies, discrimination (not amounting to persecution), and harassment
- Health considerations
- Family violence considerations
- Consequences of family separation
- Inability to leave Canada due to established ties
- Any other relevant factors for consideration.
